There are two ways a customer who's never met you can find you: they go looking, or you go find them. This is the first one — the compounding kind, where the work you do this quarter keeps paying next year.
Show up where your customers are already looking.
Technical and local SEO, schema, content clusters, AI search visibility, and authority — all judged against your message rather than a generic best-practice checklist.
What does Loqui's Get Found work cover?
Get Found covers technical SEO, on-page work and schema, local search including Google Business Profile, citations and reviews, content briefs and topic clusters, AI search visibility, authority building, and ongoing monitoring. Everything is judged against the client's locked message, not a generic best-practice checklist.
What an engagement can include here
Which of these matter to you is what the assessment decides. A business with a strong site and no local presence needs the opposite of one with five locations and a thin site.
-
Technical
Technical SEO, on-page, and schema
The unglamorous layer: crawlability, site structure, page speed, and structured data that tells a search engine what your business actually is. Most of this is invisible to customers and decisive to search engines.
-
Local
Local search
Google Business Profile, citations and data aggregators, and a review strategy that asks real customers at the right moment. For a service business with a service area, this is often the highest-return work on the list.
-
Content
Content briefs, topic clusters, and site structure
Not volume for its own sake. A structure where each piece earns its place by answering something a real buyer asks, linked so the whole set reinforces one topic instead of competing with itself.
-
AI search
AI search visibility
Showing up when a buyer asks an assistant instead of typing into a search box. That means clean structured data, plain declarative answers to real questions, and consistent facts about your business everywhere they appear.
-
Authority
Backlinks and authority
Earned through work worth citing rather than bought in bulk. Slower, and it doesn't evaporate the next time an algorithm updates.
-
Ongoing
Monitoring so gains hold
Rankings slip quietly. Someone should be watching, and it should be a person who can tell you whether a change matters or is just noise.
Where this sits in the work
Search work is where the gate matters most, and it's the least obvious place. SEO makes you findable for the things you say you do. If the words are wrong, you win visibility for the wrong buyer — and that's worse than no visibility, because you'll pay for the traffic and conclude the channel doesn't work.
The other reason the order matters: a topic cluster built on a guessed message has to be rebuilt from scratch when the message changes. Content is the most expensive thing to redo, because volume is the whole point of it.
Questions people ask before they call
How long before we see results from SEO?
Local work can move in weeks — a properly built Google Business Profile with real reviews often shows up faster than people expect. Broader organic search is a matter of months, not weeks. Anyone promising page one by a specific date is guessing or lying, and we won't do either.
What is AI search visibility, and is it real yet?
It's real and it's growing. More buyers are asking an assistant to recommend a business than were doing it a year ago, and assistants pull from structured data, clear factual answers, and consistent information about you across the web.
Usefully, most of what makes you visible to an assistant is the same work that makes you legible to a search engine and clear to a human. It isn't a separate channel to buy. It's a reason to do the fundamentals properly.
Do we need to blog?
Only if you have something to say that a buyer is genuinely trying to find out. Content published to hit a cadence reads exactly like content published to hit a cadence, and it does nothing for you. The assessment will tell you whether content is one of your real opportunities or a distraction from a bigger one.
Can you fix our Google Business Profile without the rest?
Mechanically, yes. But we'd be writing your business description, services and review responses — all customer-facing words — which means we'd be guessing at your message. That's the thing this whole engagement exists to stop doing.
Being findable is only useful if the right people find you.
The first question isn't which keywords to chase. It's whether what they'll find says something worth choosing you for. That's a thirty-minute conversation.
You'll be talking to me. Twenty years spent making a message land, and I do the work on every account.
