Loqui Digital is run by Chris Hopkins. If you hire us, I'm who you'll be talking to on the first call and every call after it.
We've spent 20 years making a message land.
Founder-led, senior strategy on every account, and a communication career built on twenty years of earning trust without hype.
Who runs Loqui Digital?
Loqui Digital is run by Chris Hopkins, who has spent twenty years building and growing a community through trust-first communication, holds a communications degree, and has years of brand and digital builds behind him. He does senior strategy on every account. There is no junior handoff.
Where this came from
Loqui started with one conviction: most businesses don't struggle because they lack value. They struggle to say it.
I've spent twenty years helping a community rally around a message built on trust rather than hype — and years before that helping brands explain complicated things clearly to audiences who had every reason to be skeptical. Loqui is where those two things meet.
What I kept seeing in businesses I admired was the same pattern. Put the founder in a room with the right customer and something reliable happens: they read the person in front of them, reach for the example that fits, and leave out what doesn't matter. By the end the customer understands not just what the business does but why it's the right call for them. Then that same business puts the same truth on a website, and it converts a fraction as well.
That gap is the entire job. Marketing's work is to do what the founder does in the room, when the founder isn't there.
What you're actually getting
-
20 years
A communication track record, not a marketing résumé
Two decades building and growing an engaged community on trust-first communication, plus a communications degree and years of brand and digital builds. Anti-hype long before it was a positioning angle.
-
Senior
Strategy on every account
You work directly with me. There is no junior handoff, no account manager relaying your words to someone you've never met, and no template being reheated from the last client.
-
Few
High-trust clients at a time
Deliberately few, so the work stays founder-grade and I actually learn your business. This is the constraint that makes the rest of it true — it's a capacity decision, not a scarcity tactic.
What I believe about this work
The better business should win. Growth shouldn't require hype or hustle. It should require helping the market finally understand value you already deliver. When a genuinely better business loses to a louder one, that's a communication failure, and it's fixable.
Clarity beats volume. Most marketing tries to be louder. The more useful move is almost always to be clearer: find what truly makes you worth choosing, then say it plainly enough that a customer feels it.
Say the inconvenient thing. If an idea won't work, you should hear it from me before you spend money on it. An agency that only ever agrees with you is expensive company.
Proof beats claims. Which is why you won't find invented testimonials on this site. When there are client results worth showing, they'll appear here with names attached. Until then, the work has to speak for itself.
Questions people ask before they call
Is Loqui just you?
I do the strategy and the client relationship on every account, and I bring in specialists for production work when a build calls for it. What doesn't happen is your account being handed to someone junior while my name stays on the invoice.
You're a pastor. How does that connect to marketing?
Directly. Twenty years of getting a community to rally around a message is twenty years of communication work under the hardest possible conditions: no budget to buy attention, and an audience that leaves the moment it smells manipulation. You learn to earn trust instead of purchasing it. That's the same discipline this work needs.
Do you only work with businesses in Eastern North Carolina?
No. Loqui is based in Greenville and knows this market well, but the work runs remotely across the country. The fit that matters is the kind of business, not the zip code.
Why isn't there a client list with results on this page?
Because the results worth publishing aren't finished being earned yet, and putting up a plausible-sounding case study would contradict the one thing this whole business is built on. The logos above are real clients. Named results will go up when they're real too.
The best way to judge this is to talk to me.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. You'll get a straight read on where your message is leaking and what to fix first — and a fair sense of whether you'd want to work with me.
You'll be talking to me. Twenty years spent making a message land, and I do the work on every account.
